Cala reconsiders proposal at Marsa shipyard

Cala Corp. based in Titusville, Florida, and trading under the ticker of CCAA, has submitted its proposal to Marsa Shipyard to construct the first ?undersea resort ship? in history. The proposal was submitted directly to top naval engineers in Malta about six weeks ago to determine whether the project can be integrated commercially in their shipyard in order to keep up with the demands.

However, serious facility issues need to be resolved before construction of the vessel could take place and the company is considering Marsa Shipyard on a non urgent basis. Other avenues open to the company are to negotiate with the Malta Government and the Labour Union to lease the Marsa Shipyard.
