Chris-Marine buys Lemag Lehmann & Michaels

The products will complement the company’s portfolio of products and services, it will aim to strengthen Chris-Marine’s position as a leading supplier of quality maintenance products and methods for maintenance of combustion engines.

The products that will be integrated in Chris-Marine’s range of products include the LEMAG SPEAT, Shaftpower, Cylinder Pressure Indicators, Calibration tools and Crankshaft Deflection Indicators.

In connection with the acquisition, Chris-Marine has also established a subsidiary in Germany with key employees from LEMAG.

The new Chris-Marine office will be situated at the LEMAG premises in Rellingen close to Hamburg.
