Clyde & Co law merger

Clyde & Co marine partner Ben Knowles said, “We are thrilled and excited by the opportunities the increased strength and capability of the merged firm will present for our clients.

“In the marine sector, we are taking on a number of skilled lawyers who will increase our capabilities across the marine sector globally.

The combined firm will be called Clyde & Co and there will be a total of 2,350 staff working across the company.

Clyde & Co already has significant business in Asia, a long established market in the Middle East and a rapidly expanding presence in the US, Canada and South America.
