Compact high-pressure system

The EC 1000 is a compact high-pressure waterjet system from WOMA that operates at up to 1,000 bar. The pressure is generated by plunger pump Type 45Y with pressure sensitive speed control and liftable suction valves. Powered by a 38kW, 1.9 litre VW diesel engine the unit`s nominal water flow rate is 18 litre/min, says Woma. The sound-dampened unit weighs 780kg and is equipped with electronic control. All parameters can be read via a plain-text display and the operating pressure can be set-up in 50 bar steps from 100 to 1,000 bar, says Woma.

Accessories include high-pressure guns and lances, rotating nozzle carrier heads, tank and vessel cleaning nozzle as well as whirl nozzles.
