CSG orders five tankers

China Shipping Development Co, a subsidiary of China Shipping Group, has ordered a 298,000dwt VLCC from Dalian New Shipyard. Ship particulars are 333.5m in length, 58m in breadth, 31m in depth, a draught of 21m and a speed of 15.8 knots. No price or delivery date has been revealed. CSDC also ordered four 52,500dwt tankers from Guangzhou Shipyard International.
