Daewoo to build two dry docks in China

Daewoo Shipbuilding is rumoured to be building two dry docks in Yantai, China. The plan is to construct a 1 million DWT dry dock and a 300,000DWT dry dock in Yantai, Shandong and, if built, the South Korean shipbuilder will have a 4 to 4.5 million GT newbuilding capacity compared to the current 3 million GT.
