EAL partnership

Under the terms of the agreement, both companies will take responsibility for global distribution of RSC Bio Solutions’ EnviroLogic EALs with Aegir Marine’s Prime seals. The partnership is non-exclusive, meaning Aegir Marine will accept any EALs on its approved rlist for use with its seals, while RSC Bio Solutions is free to supply its lubricants to customers using other types of seal. Both companies will ensure availability of EnviroLogic EALs in all major hubs in the US, Europe and Asia, and will take joint responsibility for the combined performance of their products.
