Eight more boxships for Samsung

Samsung Heavy Industries, the world’s second-largest shipbuilder, has won a 1.25 trillion won ($1.35 billion) deal from an Asian shipping company to build eight container ships for delivery by May 201. Last month, the shipbuilder said its second-quarter earnings reached 130 billion won, compared with 32 billion won a year earlier.
