Electronic equipment giants merge

EuroMarine Electronics was created in July by the merger of SAIT-RadioHolland and STN Atlas. Their respective marine activities cover the development, marketing, production, assembling, sale and servicing of maritime electronics, power and drive systems, electric equipment, survey equipment, automation, navigation and communication systems.

The new company will employ 2,500 people and run a world-wide network of 35 subsidiaries.
