The “E.R. Toronto” will operate under the charter name “CMA CGM Don Giovanni” on the “North China Express Service” for the French company CMA CGM, linking the China with Europe. End of July, she will change the service to the “French Asia Line” (FAL), linking the Asia-Pacific region with Europe.

The “E.R. Toronto” is the sixth in a series of newbuildings. E.R. Schiffahrt has placed orders for a total of nine units of this size. All nine vessels are for long-term chartering to leading shipping lines, three going to Cosco Container Lines and six to CMA CGM.
