Fincantieri gets Tallink job

Fincantieri and Tallink have reached an agreement to build two new generation, high performance, ice-class cruise ferries, one of which is an option. They will be very similar to the two ferries recently ordered by the Estonian ferry company from Aker Finnyards. The ships? main features are 36,000 gross tonnes, 2,000 passengers, 200 cabins, a speed of 29 knots and a loading capacity of 2,000 lane meters.
