FVH bails out Gdansk

The Italian company FVH, owner of one of the biggest gas ports in Europe, will become a minority shareholder in the Gda?sk shipyard. FVH will pay $6.64 million, covering what the shipyard owes to ZUS. FVH will receive an allocation of 20% of shares by the middle of November which will allow the Gda?sk shipyard to restructure.
