FVH expresses interest in Stocznia Gdanska

The Italian LPG tanker company, FVH SpA in Brindisi, would like to acquire the Stocznia Gdanska shipyard in Poland and plans to carry out due diligence and submit its offer.

“Italian FVH has sent a letter where it says it would like to conduct due diligence in the company”, one of Stocznia Gdanska employees said. FVH would submit its price offer once this process has been completed.
