Genoa tug owner order AHTS vessel

The Genoa-based Rimorchiatori Riuniti S.p.A. has placed an order for an anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessel with the Spanish shipbuilder Union Naval Valencia for delivery in March 2010. With a length of 54.35 metres and a breadth of 15 metres, the vessel will have a 5,870 kW power plant, a bollard pull of over 90 tonnes and will be fitted with FiFi 1 and DP 1 systems.
