Glosten acquires Noise Control Engineering

Noise Control Engineering, which specializes in noise and vibration control for the marine environment (as well as industrial and commercial applications), will continue to operate independently – with its own identity, headquarters and client base – as a subsidiary of Glosten.

Glosten president Jay Edgar said: “We are adding resources and capabilities that will allow us each to offer a more comprehensive scope of services while maintaining our individual identities and industry focus.”

Noise Control Engineering president and founder Ray Fischer added: “We are very excited for the two companies to come together. We have collaborated with Glosten for over 20 years on many fascinating projects.”
