Greeks eye Qatar

Greek shipping companies want to set up fast ferry services between Qatar and neighbouring countries including India, Pakistan and Iran, according to local reports. Ferries would carry trucks and cars as well as passengers. A high-level delegation of businessmen, including shipping industry magnates, is currently in Doha for talks with the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry and its members are keen to enter Qatar through joint ventures.
