GulfMark exercises option

GulfMark Offshore, Inc. has exercised an option to build a second Aker PSV09 design vessel. This 4,850 dwt, diesel electric powered platform supply vessel will be built at a Norwegian yard at a cost of $30 million with delivery during the third quarter of 2007.
