Hakuyo orders Aframax tanker

Hakuyo in Japan placed an order for an 115,000DWT double-hull tanker with Sasebo Heavy Industries with a delivery of October 2006. NYK has concluded a long-term charter contract for the new tanker and will bring to four the total number of NYK-controlled Aframax crude oil tankers, including one double-hull vessel and two vessels for which long-term charter contracts have already been concluded. NYK further said that it would continue to expand its Aframax fleet.
