HHI clinches FPSO

Hyundai Heavy Industries won an order for an FPSO from BP worth about $ 340 million.

The 360,000 DWT vessel will be installed at Plutonio off the Angolan coast and will measure 310 meters long, 58 meters wide and a depth of 32 meters. Storage capacity will be 2 million barrels while production and refining will be 200,000 barrel per day. Delivery is scheduled for January 2006.
