Higher capacity fresh water generation system

HRO Systems has developed a new range of fresh water generators that its says are redesigned for higher capacity with quieter, more efficient operation. The “Horizon Coral Sea” series, features a fully automatic controller with LCD touch screen interface. The controller and its optional full remote matching screen enable automatic fresh water flush, safety warnings, safety shut downs, fault indication, and fully automatic operation with manual override. There are auxiliary connections for storage tank level monitoring. System operation can be set for timed operation and volume of production operation. The screen displays maintenance requirement reminders. Instrument readouts include feed water flow, brine water flow, product water flow, product water salinity, product water temperature and system pressures across each stage of operation. Other new features include stainless steel high-pressure piping, hard plumbed low-pressure piping, chemical duty motors, new prefiltration housings, dual over-pressure protection, brine and product water readings in digital and analogue format, multiple safety systems and improved access for maintenance. The new systems are available in horizontal, vertical, and modular configurations.
