INP clinches six ships

INP Heavy Industries in South Korea has received newbuilding orders of six ships.

Sekwang Shipping in South Korea ordered four 20,000 DWT chemical tankers plus four more options at a value of $270 million.

In addition, the yard signed newbuilding contracts with Lauritzen Kosan A/S of Denmark for additional two units of 8,000 CBM semi-pressurised ethylene carriers with the total price of $69 million.
