Keppel wins two more conversions

Singapore based Keppel Shipyard Ltd was awarded two ship conversion contracts from repeat clients worth a combined $67 million. The first contract, awarded by Prosafe Production Pte Ltd, is for the conversion of a tanker into an FPSO facility, expected to be completed by late 2008.

The second contract is for a floating storage and offloading conversion for Perenco SA Perenco, expected to be completed by the first quarter 2008.
