Other notable contracts so far this year include collision damage repairs to Interocean Ugland?s 10,647 dwt reefer Pasadena Universal, which involved the renewal of 30t of steel and 400m2 of side shell insulation. Torvald Klaveness? 33,860 dwt self-discharging bulk carrier Bardu was stemmed for overhaul of its Norenco self-discharging unit and routine dock work. 15,000m2 of cargo hold blasting and coating work was also completed using Astano?s purpose-built trolley and hanging platform system. This system has also been used for 12,000m2 of hold blasting and coating on Ership?s 11,849 dwt bulker Milanos.
