MOL invests in Vietnam

Japanese multimodal shipping company Mitsui O.S.K. Lines has planned major investment in Vietnam?s port and shipping industry with the focus on major services such as port logistics, shipping, marine human resource training and vessel repair.

The ship repair centre in Vietnam aims to satisfy 10% of the maintenance and repair demand for the national fleet?s 750 vessels which is forecast to expand to 990 vessels by 2009.
