New MTU/Navantia training centre

The training centre is an additional strategic project to the partnerships existing license agreements for the commercialisation and manufacturing of MTU Series 396, Series 956 and Series 1163 marine engines.

The new centre has been prepared for a number of different companies and sectors including those from the navy, the commercial marine industry, the yachting industry and power generation. It will provide training for customers, technicians and service dealers of MTU and Navantia on maintenance and operation of diesel engines and electronic monitoring and control systems.

It has been integrated into MTU’s global service network and has been equipped with a number of training facilities.
