New licence contract for TCA turbochargers

Enpaco Corporation in Changwon, Republic of Korea, will manufacture the new TCA turbocharger model for MAN B&W Diesel under licence. The persons in charge have now signed a corresponding contract with a term of 10 years. After Japanese Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding, Enpaco is the second licensee for this new axial turbocharger generation.

The company, which is an affiliate of MAN B&W engine licensee STX Corporation, specialises in turbocharger and engine component production and has manufactured NR and smaller NA turbochargers under license since 1988. Based on a delivery amount of over 4,500 turbochargers, Enpaco is MAN B&W Diesel?s most important radial turbocharger licensee.
