New version of Electronic Indicator
The microprocessor-controlled portable measurement device is said to allow rapid and precise detection of cylinder pressure curves for large diesel engines. It uses piezo-electric pressure sensors with various options for TDC detection – four different sensor types or software calculation – to monitor cylinder pressures in two- and four-stroke engines with combustion pressures up to 300 bar.
Data recorded with the HLV (such as pressure, speed, TDC, etc.) can be transferred via a data transfer cable to a PC for evaluation and calculation of parameters such as indicated power. The memory can store up to 280 measurements, and the unit includes a real time clock to determine the recording date and time of the measured values.
