Online accident reporting system for high speed vessels

The Royal Institution of Naval Architects has introduced an online HSV accident reporting system, by which members of the Institution and others involved with the high-speed vessel industry can report accidents to the Institution. Reports may be made on all forms of unconventional and high-speed craft, including those within the scope of the IMO HSC Code. Reports are requested from both those directly involved in an incident and those who learn of an accident from other sources such as newspaper reports. Updates on accidents already reported are also requested as information becomes available. The Institution will maintain a database of accident reports, which will be available on request to any agency involved with the safety of high-speed vessels.
