ProPilot range from Cetrek

The ProPilot 731 and 741 models offer a choice of two different computers as well as two drive control units and will operate using either the Cetrek 609 or 619 pilot computer. Information displayed on the control head includes both watch and off course alarms.

The ProPilot 731 control head measures 110 x 110mm with an LCD display measuring 41 x 86mm. The ProPilot 741 is 200 x 110mm and has a 75 x 91mm LCD screen. Both pilots can be flush or trunnion mounted. The LCD window is double glazed and coated to minimise fogging, and the display will constantly show rudder position, pilot status – auto or manual – and mode of control which is compass or navigator, says Cetrek. The information display area can be customised to give additional data such as sea state settings, cross track error, and speed over ground.

Both pilots have multi-station capability and feature the ability to assess and learn the performance characteristics of the vessel, says Cetrek
