Samsung gets tanker trio

Samsung Heavy Industries has obtained a $250 million order to build three large crude oil carriers from two shippers, including Turkey’s Geden. With the new deal, the Korean shipbuilder has racked up a total of $13.9 billion in orders so far this year, reaching 93% of its annual target.
