Shanghai Shipyard wins bulker order

Shanghai Shipyard in China has reportedly received an order for two 57,000 DWT bulk carriers from a company in Montenegro at a cost of $28.8 million each. Delivery is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2011.

The Bank of China is said to be providing the finance for contract, at a fixed interest rate of three percent.
