Shinsung orders steel carriers

Shinsung Shipping in South Korea placed an order for five 6,700DWT steel carriers with Mokpo Shipbuilding for delivery by 2007. Shinsung said that the new order is to cope with increasing demand for heavy cargoes and, when delivered, they will be deployed on the Korea/China/Japan route and Southeast Asia routes. With the latest new order, Shinsung?s fleet will increase to 28 ships.
