SOLAS pocket guide

Kelvin Hughes has produced a free pocket guide to the revised SOLAS Chapter V which is set to apply to more vessels than ever before. The guide allows users to see which navigation systems and services vessels must carry in order to comply with the new regulations, including information on automatic identification systems, VDRs and ECDIS.
