US National Defense Tank Vessel construction

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) issued a notice amending the schedule for submittal of competitive proposals for construction of new product tank vessels under the National Defense Tank Vessel Construction Assistance Program. The schedule is being extended by 45 days and phase I proposals are now due not later than 18 June, 2004.
