Vinashin negotiating first VLCC contract

Vietnam?s state-run shipbuilder Vinashin is reportedly negotiating for its first VLCC contract with state-run PetroVietnam. The largest ships to date that the rapidly evolving builder has on its books are a series of 105,000 dwt Aframaxes for PetroVietnam.
