Wilhelmsen acquires Maritime Protection AS

WTS purchased the company from Boss Montasje AS and a group of local investors.

Maritime Protection, which is DNV and Achilles certified, supplies inert gas systems to the maritime industry, including application in oil tankers, LNG/LPG carrier, product tankers and rigs.

WTS says the acquisition will strengthen its inert gas portfolio for the marine and offshore sector.
