Windows format for @SEA(log)
SAlT-RadioHolland has launched its @SEA(Iog) call logging and management software on both Windows 3.1 and Windows 95 platforms.
The system includes a Least-Cost-Routing calculator which allows the station which provides the lowest cost of a call for a particular service or destination to be selected, says the company.
Displays include the land earth station used, the airtime cost, the land line cost, the currency amount, whether or not the call is a peak or off-peak call, and a percentage savings indicator. Logged calls can be assigned to individuals or departments.
Other features include automatic cost calculation of Inmarsat A/B/C multi-address telex messages, A/B high-speed data simplex and duplex, Cellular/GSM Inmarsat phone/mini M communications, five- and eight-bit character telex, last message format duplication and radio call logging for specific stations. It also includes an Integrated GPS position logger, says SAIT-RadioHolland.
Regular tariff database updates are provided either on disk or via E-mail.
