ZCMEC increases engine and propeller production

Zhenjiang China Marine Equipment in China has enjoyed a sharp increase in engine and propeller productions for the first quarter this year. The marine equipment company has achieved industrial output of CNY 160 million for the first quarter this year, up 28.7% compared with the same period last year. Its turnover from January to March this year reached CNY 160 million, a 41% increase compared with the same period last year.

Production of engines grew by 52.2% and that of propellers increased by 30.9%. New orders for the first quarter this year amount to CNY 380 million, the highest figure ever in its quarterly base. This figure includes orders for engines valued at CNY 170 million.
