Seaspan announces launch of first LNG bunker vessel for Panama

The vessel be based in the Panama region, where it become the first vessel capable of supplying LNG bunkers when it enters service later in 2024. The Seaspan Garibaldi is 112.8 metres in length, 18.6 metres in width, 5 metres in draught, with a design speed of 13 knots.

The second vessel in the series will also be delivered in 2024, with the third vessel in the series expected to enter service in 2025. The second vessel is expected to supply the US West Coast market as it develops.
