Palfinger Marine acquires Norwegian Deck Machinery

The company will be integrated as a sixth business unit covering winches, with existing Palfinger business units comprising marine cranes, offshore cranes, launch and recovery systems as well as boats and wind cranes.

The company said the acquisition would also offer synergies in sales, service, production and knowledge, enabling expansion into more markets and further product development.
