GTT receives Hyundai FSRU order

The FSRU, to be delivered in 2017, is the fourteenth ordered globally since 2011 – all of which employ solutions from GTT. The company’s order book includes six FSRUs as of 31 March, three of which were ordered last year. In 2014 six FSRUs were delivered, all with GTT technology.

Philippe Berterottière, chairman and CEO of GTT, commented: “We are very satisfied that our systems have become the standard in this offshore gas industry segment. We are quite confident in our capability to record new successes.”

The company said it owes its strong position in the segment to the competitive advantages offered by its technologies, including capex/opex and optimisation of LNG storage capacity.
