Ballast water management system MoU

South Korean Ballast water management system manufacturer Techcross and Malaysian marine services provider MMHE will work together at four repair shipyards located in Singapore, Dubai, India and Spain.

Techcross has also added an additional service base in Malaysia to respond to customers’ enquiries more quickly.

The yard group said it has recognised a need to support its customers as the Convention enters into force and understands that good and effective cooperation with select BWMS providers will be critical towards providing support in future.

The MOU between Techcross and MMHE is intended to take advantage of the significant retrofitting market in the four countries.
