Ecochlor offers BWMS compliance guarantee

Guarantees have been a talking point in ballast water treatment, first as suppliers sought to assure owners that they would secure the necessary type approvals and later as ship operators wrestled with reliability concerns. The EcoCare guarantee goes further, insuring against up to US$1 million in financial penalties – including fines, port charges, delays and off-hire losses – if system fails to meet discharge standards.
